Creamy Mango Mousse (No Gelatin)
To craft this delightful dessert, gather a few ripe mangoes, some sugar, powdered sugar, and a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Begin by blending the mangoes into a luscious, velvety puree. Next, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until they form soft, billowy peaks. Gently fold everything together, allowing the flavors to meld into a silky, airy mousse.
After a few hours of chilling in the fridge, this mango mousse transforms into a heavenly treat—a perfect dessert for celebrations or a refreshing indulgence on a warm summer day.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Heavy cream cold
- 1 ½ cups Mangos pureed

- Add the mango puree and fold with a spatula until well combined.
