Ingredients
- ▢6 rashers Bacon - Your choice of Streaky/Back Bacon and Smoked/Unsmoked
- ▢1 Sheet Puff Pastry - Ready Rolled
- ▢130 grams Cheddar Cheese - Your choice of mild or mature
- ▢1 Egg - Whisked
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C Fan / 210°C / 415 F/ Gas Mark 6.
- Fry the bacon over medium heat until cooked to your preference, place to one side.
- Roll out the ready-rolled puff pastry sheet, cut the pastry into 6 equal(ish) Squares
- 1 Sheet Puff Pastry,6 rashers Bacon
- Cutting puff pasty into squares to make the turnovers
- Lay the bacon across the pastry diagonally, top with a handful of cheese.
- 130 grams Cheddar Cheese
- Placing cheese on top of the bacon
- Now fold one corner over the cheese and then the other one over the top of that corner. Push the two corners firmly together to prevent them from unfolding during cooking.

- Coat any exposed pastry with the whisked egg.
- Place them on a tray with a gap between them to allow them to puff!
